CHAS desperately needs more unwanted household goods, especially fridges, washers and cookers. Every year lots of useable goods are taken to the tip:

CHAS Furniture Service
Our furniture service depends on donations from the local community, we collect re-usable furniture and household items free of charge.  Your donations are sold at low cost in our shop and help us to provide all of our services free of charge to your fellow residents.  By donating furniture to us you can also help the environment as it reduces the amount of household goods going into landfill.

Our Furniture Service is currently open to the public Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4pm and Friday 8.30am to 2pm.  We are open to everyone.








We have over 6000 sq ft of sales area in our shop and warehouse where you can buy good quality, second hand furniture; and occasionally low cost new items.  We currently offer free delivery in Bradford and Calderdale if the purchase is over £35.  Please make sure you are home as there will be a charge for re-delivery.  An adult must be there to sign for the goods.





We usually have a selection of double and single beds and occasionaly bunk beds and cots.  All beds sold come complete with base and mattress and some have a headboard .  We also sell new mattresses.    






All our electical goods are checked in our workshops and come with a guarantee. We particularly need donations of electric cookers, washing machines, dryers,  fridges and freezers.
