HOUSING ADVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

CHAS @ St Vincent's offers a wide variety of FREE services to help people remain in their own homes.  If you would like any advice or assistance please click on the relevant link on the left: 
 
Our Housing Advocacy service can help you if you are experiencing rent or mortgage problems, problems with your landlord, disrepair of your rented property or are threatened with homelessness. They will give advice on your legal status and may even be able to represent you at Court.


Our Debt and Money Management Service can help you if you are in debt; however small or large. They will contact agencies on your behalf, advise you of your legal status and may even be able to represent you at Court.




Our Health Plus Advisor operates from several GP Practices. Patients registered at the Practice can get advice on welfare benefits and immigration. She will assist you to complete forms and submit appeals




Our Tenancy Support scheme is for people who have experienced difficulty managing a home. We offer in depth support and a development programme to help clients learn budgeting and household management and personal relationship skills. We also assist clients to access training, volunteering, and employment.
